Assisting Individuals & Families:

  • Provide supports which will help individuals stabilize their lives.
  • Connect individuals with income support and accompaniments.
  • Assist individuals to locate affordable housing, priority placements and assist with related documentation.
  • Provide life skills training, financial management, crisis intervention, problem solving and follow up.
